
Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: I accept Venmo or cash currently. I am working on a payment portal online for deposits and full payments!
Q: Does someone have to be home while you're working?

A: Nope! Just make sure we discuss means of accessing the property prior to your scheduled time. If you want to be there, that's great too!
Q: Is there any cleaning task you are unwilling to perform?
​
A: I don't think there is anything I am unwilling to do. However, in the event something does come up, I will work to find a solution to that fits both of our needs.
Q: What else can you clean outside with the power washer?
​
A: I'm able to do a large range of things with the pressure washer. I've done decks, patio furniture, and sidewalks. These are able to be added on to any service.
Q: How will you do a quote for me?
​
A: We can do it via Facetime, text message, phone call, email, or in person- whatever is easiest for you. Consultations are completely free and we can discuss what you do and don't want included in your cleanings.
Q: What is your first responder discount?
​
A: It is a 10% discount off your final price, as a thank you for being a first responder! This includes police, firemen, EMTs, corrections, nursing staff, military, etc... We love our frontline men and women!
Q: Is there a catch for doing the free cleanings?

A: The free cleaning is offered to those who are struggling physically or mentally to keep a clean and safe environment for themselves. We understand that things get difficult and not everyone has someone to lean on, and even then it can be hard to ask for help. We will sit down and discuss the severity of the clean and over the course of several days, I will work to make sure you have a healthy environment to be in. Free.
Q: What if I'm not satisfied with the clean?

A: There is a 24 hour grace period. If you find something wasn't done to your liking, I can come back and make it right within 24 hours!
Q: What if I don't like the prices?
​
A: The prices are reflective of the work that is done. We can adjust some services to help adjust the price, but for the most part what is quoted will usually end up being the final price. Remember, cheap services reflect cheap work.
Q: Do you do last minute cleans?

A: If you have an emergency clean that needs to be done, I will do my best to accommodate and help. There is a late notice fee of $35 if the arrangement is able to be made.
Q: What if I need to cancel?
​
A: Cancel and reschedule? No problem! I do hang on to your deposit which is part of your final price until the cleaning is done. If you have to cancel without rescheduling, your deposit will not be reimbursed. If it's cancelled less than 24 hours prior to appointment, there will be an added fee once the online portal is up and running.
